LARGE Base Set + IH Cooker

Large Base Set + IH Cooker adds a high-performance induction heat source to the base set. The IH cooker is a GREAT addition to any kitchen with mobile, high-tech, countertop cooking. The components can be used together as an ethanol recovery system, in combinations as vacuum chambers, or individually in the kitchen or lab. 

As a system, the large set has a processing capacity of 1-4 L and runs a full load in about 3-hours. The in-process direct feed increases the processing capacity to almost 7 L.

Loading Vessel Lid (LVL)

Custom designed: 1/2" thick tempered glass, silicone seals, 304 stainless steel fixtures.

10 mm straight barb fitting, 2" gauge, 1/4" barbed ball valve for an in-process feed or vacuum break.

Fits pots with diameters of 8.75" to 10.25"

Loading Vessel (LV) Hybrid Pot

3-ply 304 stainless steel with hybrid honeycomb and non-stick coating cooking surface.

Induction heating (IH) compatible.

No Handles to get in the way or compromise vacuum.

Extended, easy-to-grip, easy-pour rim. No mess pouring.

5.5 L, 10.25” (26 cm) diameter.

Torr-nado Ladder Condenser:

The most designed to be simple but complex component I know of. Differential pressure flow, cooling, phase change, and liquid flow dynamics are balanced using gravity in concert with our unassuming “torr-nado ladder.” Custom 304 stainless hardware features 1/4” barb hose connectors inside and out for easy connection.

It’s almost embarrassing how simple this looks, but make no mistake, much thought went into the minutia, and this simple guy ain’t so simple.

Custom designed: 1/2" thick tempered glass, silicone seals, 304 stainless steel fixtures.

8 mm straight barb fitting, 2" gauge, 1/4" barbed ball valve.

2.2 mm, 3-ply 304 stainless steel with polished mirror finish inside and out. 

Induction heating (IH) compatible.

No Handles to get in the way or compromise vacuum.

Extended, easy-to-grip, easy-pour rim.  No mess pouring.

Induction Heating Cooker

This cooktop is extremely fast-heating with highly accurate temperature control.

Power, temperature, and time controls are easy to use.

Temperature range 100°F to 460°F allows for a wide range of uses. 

This cooktop only works with IH-compatible cookware.

Transfer Tubing

3/8" ID tubing: LVL to condenser.  
1/4" ID tubing: Condenser to RVL. 
1/4" ID tubing: RVL to vacuum pump.
