The Part That Actually Does The Recovering
Heat drives the vapor up; the condenser brings it home. How well it cools decides your recovery rate, processing temp, and quality — so it's the last place to cut corners. Torr Kitchen makes two condensers, each a different kind of clever. Pick the one that fits your flow.
The Torr-nado Ladder Condenser
Another simple-looking design with the complexity hidden from view. Differential pressure, cooling, phase change, and liquid-flow dynamics are all balanced by gravity, and all work in concert with our unassuming Torr-nado ladder. Custom stainless hardware adds 1/4" barb connectors inside and out for easy hookup.
It's almost embarrassing how simple it looks — but make no mistake, a lot of thought went into the minutia. This simple guy ain't so simple.

The Torracane Fan Condenser
Ditch the ice. A powerful, ice-free cooling solution engineered for serious processing — reliable temperature reduction with high-flow air cooling, even in higher ambient temperatures.
Custom dual stainless coils use an innovative low-weld design: nearly all traditional welds are replaced with precision bends and first-of-their-kind high-grade silicone U-returns. It's incredibly efficient convective cooling, which dramatically lowers production temperatures and throughput rates.
