Use on a glass tray when purging. Silicone is durable, but it is not oil-impermeable. Under heat — and especially during extended purge cycles — oil will slowly migrate into and eventually through the mat. Always set the mat on a glass tray so nothing reaches your shelf, oven, or bench. Treat the mat as your non-stick working surface and the glass as your containment layer.

Nothing printed on the working surface. Our logo is printed on the underside of the mat, not the face your product touches. There's no ink, coating, or print on the working surface to flake off into what you're making.

Keep your workspace clean. The larger mats are ideal for covering a counter or bench during collection, loading, and post-processing. Sticky material stays on the mat instead of your work surface — wipe it down, roll it up, and you're reset for the next run.
