Torracane PWM Fan Speed Controller
The Torracane fan is very powerful, which is what handles warm environments, as the stress test video shows. Big power means some noise.
Indoors at room temperature or cooler, all that power isn't necessary, so turning it down maintains great performance but cuts the dB level dramatically.
The controller is fully optional, and the Torracane runs at full performance without it.
PWM (pulse width modulation) sets fan speed by switching power on and off 21,000 times per second instead of lowering the voltage, for smooth, steady control from 0 to 100%. It plugs in between the Torracane power supply and the fan. No tools and no wiring.

Indoors at normal room temperature or cooler, where full fan power isn't needed and a quieter workspace is
