This set is the ultimate Torr Kitchen innovation combination. Combining the patent-pending Flow Port and Torracane condenser to maximize efficiency and usability for the biggest leap forward in any kitchen or lab.

The Flow Port combines vacuum delivery, vapor transfer, and vacuum release into a single unit using a single hole. It features game-changing vacuum lid connection technology that greatly simplifies design while significantly enhancing usability and production flow.

The Torracane is a fan-driven, air-cooled condenser with an integrated fan that pulls 800 CFM through a custom dual-channel stainless steel coil and aluminum heat dissipation fin assembly, operating efficiently even in elevated-temperature environments. The impressive engineered efficiency of the Torracane not only eliminates the need for ice in cooling but also increases production speed and lowers processing temperatures.

The innovation continues with the versatile design of the individual components. To maximize value, the base set components can be used together as an ethanol recovery system, separately as vacuum chambers, or individually for various purposes in the kitchen or lab.

8 mm straight barb fitting, 2" gauge, 1/4" barbed ball valve.

Large: 7.2 L, 10.25”

2.2 mm, 3-ply 304 stainless steel with polished mirror finish inside and out. 

Induction heating (IH) compatible.

No Handles to get in the way or compromise vacuum.

Transfer Tubing
3/8" ID tubing: LVL to condenser. 
1/4" ID tubing: Condenser to RVL. 
!! tubing has 125F temp limit under vacuum. If run too hot, it will collapse and replacement tubing will be necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE
For the base set to run it requires an appropriate heat source and vacuum source. DO NOT use without understanding what heat and vacuum sources are appropriate. The IH Heating Unit and Diaphragmatic Vacuum Pump offered by Torr Kitchen were specially customized to work with this set.
